Dr, Gandhi has definitely made up his mind to represent the Congress at the Round-Table Conference in London and sa'ls to-morrow. A final agreement was reached last evening, after which Dr Gandhi and his enteurage made a dramatic last-minute dash for the Kala station, near Simla.

The Congress stalwarts accompanying Gandhi are Mrs Sarojini Xaidu ’ and Miss Madeline Slade, who is known as “Milabai.” She is the daughter of the late Admiral Slade, and is an ardent devotee of Dr Gandhi.
