LICENSING POLL EXTENSION. (By Telegraph —Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 26. The Dominion Executive of the Women's Christian Temperance Union which has expressed its opposition to the attitude of New Zealand Alliance regarding the postponement pf., the Licensing poll, passed a resolution urging all its members and all its women to take a special note of the voting in the House on the Bill, pointing out many members went into Parliament pledged to vote against any extension-of the fine between the polls.
