LIBERALS HUGE MAJORITY. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph-- --Copyright. > MONTREAL, August 24. Mr Tascliereau’s Liberal Government was sustained by the people of Quebec in Monday’s General Provincial Elections. The Government will now have a majority of more than seventy in a House of ninety. Mayor Canillion House, of Montreal Oity, the Conservative Leader was personally defeated in - two of the Montreal seats. All of Mr Tascliereau’s Ministers were elected except the Hon. Gordon W. Scott, Minister without portfolio. MONTREAL, August 25. Seventy-nine Liberals and eleven .Conservatives were elected.
