VERDICT FOR DEFENDANTS. MR THEODORE EXONERATED. (Australian Press Association.) (Received this dav at 1.30 p.m.) / BRISBANE, August 24. The Mungama jury found that Mr Theodore at no time, was a party to any conspiracy, nor had money paid to him by McCormack, been in respect of' tlie sale, of Mungama mines; or of any interest held by Theodore therein. "The jury’s answers were in favour of all the defendants, with no damages. Judgment was given for Theodore, McCormack, Reid, and Goddard with costs to be fixed.
