LONDON, August 21

The ’ ' “Daily Sketch” was fined £l2-5 and the “Daily Express” £IOO for flying aleroplanes under .a height of six thousand feet in order to secure photographs of the factory at Holton Heath, following the recent explosion there. The fine, in the case of the “Daily Sketch,” was increased because they told their pilot that they had obtained permission to make photographs. The “Daily Express” pleaded the competition to secure news of the disaster as its justification.

The Admiralty intervened and prevented the publication of the photographs.
