HONG KONG, August 14. When ten tons of gunpowder blew up in the Portuguese military magazine at Macao yesterday, great havoc ■was wrought among houses over a wide area. It was revealed to-day that over thirty were killed, including Portuguese, 'Chinese, and African soldiers. » Several hundreds were injured. The troops flooded the bigger magazines •% j pad prevented an even greater disaster.
