The Roumanian 'Minister of justice •is circularising the judges throughout the country, denouncing card playing, as a degrading practice. He forbids the Magistrates to play, and orders them to resign from card clubs. D-s----obedience of the order means depuration of fifteen days’ salary, and liability to dismissal. f
