The latest report from C'oote Hill states that troops are lining one side of the road and volunteers are on the other side, while intense excitement prevails throughout the counties of Monaghan Cavan ami Tyrone, extending to Belfast.

LONDON, August 13
Messrs Baldwin and Neville Chamber, lain had half an hour conference with Mr MacDonald at Downing Street. Sir Herbert Samuel also conferred with Mr MacDonald and Mr Snowden.
LEADER’S RETURN
LONDON, August 13
Mr Baldwin who lias been holidaying at Aix la Bains, unexpectedly returned to London today strengthening the belief of a Three Party Economy Conference next week. Mr Neville Chamberlain also returned.. The city regards his return as a timely recognition of the gravity of the financial situation.
