A. H. Moatc, secretary of the Stewards Union with the authority of maritime unions is communicating with the Prime Minister requesting him to negotiate with New Zealand •and Fijian Governments with the object of nrohibting the Niagara and Aorangi trading in Australian waters, in the event of Australian crews being displaced by foreigners following tlio recent merger.
