A movement to resuscitate New South Wales Government Savings Bank is taking definite shape with the announcement that the Government has obtained the consent of four prominent businessmen prepared to act as trustees of the proposed reconstructed bank. Also that upwards of fifteen millions of London money is believed to be on offer from the Midland Bank, Well informed persons however, are of the opinion that'it is necessary for financial accommodation to he arranged locally.

A; Bill for the reconstruction of the Bank is being introduced next week.
