DEATH OF VISITOR. ! (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, August 13. Another death of a race visitor occurred yesterday, when Alexander M. Lyon, a Public Works Overseer of Woodville died in the hospital from heart failure. He collapsed on Grand National day. POLITICAL. WELLINGTON, August IS. At the request of a deputation which waited upon him Mr M. H. Oram, ■M.A., L.L.8., solicitor of Palmerston North has consented to contest the seat as a limited candidate.
