BERI4N, August 12. jk Street fighting was to-day resumed Kr in Berlin by the Communists, one of whom was critically wounded, who hare been sniping the police from house tops. A threat to murder the Police Commander was painted ,on the roadway in Weissensee. BERLIN, August 12, Revolver shots were fired at a torchlight procession at Cologne. These started serious rioting in the city, in which Communists were engaged. They ■i./ ; necessitated police, intervention. The police fired high in order to scatter the rioters, some of whom then replied with revolvers. The casualties are not yet known, but they are believed to he heavy. Many arrests have been made, hut iher firing continues. The public are in a state of terror, but .the police say that the situation this morning is w hand.
