'Mr' McCormack received C 10,390 lor his 3.4<0 shares which was paid to the Company by the Queensland (Onernni lit Mr McGill also tendered further answers by Mr .McCormack, showing that lie had paid various substantial sums to Mr Theodore betAvccn .Apiil. 1922, and July, 1923, the largest ol which was CIOOO. Air Theodore did not give receipts. Air Theodore, in (urn. also confirmed his receipt of these sums. The .case was adjourned
