All Catalonia is rejoicing, with flags on the parades, following the- result of the plebiscite giving an overwhelming majority in favour of the draft statute of. autonomy with which President Marcia is going to Madrid to present to the Cortes. An acrid debate thereon is inevitable for the rest of Spain by no means approves of Catalonia’s aspirations.
