TpUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Slating Act and its Amendments, that un accordance with the resolution otf the above Board, adopted on the 2oth\ day of July, 1931, it is the intention of the Inter-Wanganui River Board on August 2oth, 1931, to make, and levy, under the provisions of Section 87 of the River Board’s Act. 1908, and its Amendments, A GENERAL RATE OP ONE-HALF-PENNY per £ on the capital value of nil rateable land within the Inter-Wanganui River District; tlfe said rate to he for the period commenced on the Ist* DAY of APRIL, 1931, and ending oh the 31st DAY of MARCH, 1932, and to be payable in one instalment, to the undersigned on the 31st DAY of AUGUST, 1931. And, Notice is further given that the Valuation Roll is now open for inspection at the office ol\the undersigned, at his residence, Harihari, from this date.
