On his return from Russia, Bernard Shaw declared that Russia was going to be a roaring success. Russia was putting its house in order, and all the other nations were playing the fool. We had better follow her example as quickly as possible. it was all sil'y nonsense about being a 'failure. On toe whole we should advise our young men to go to Russia and settle there.
