GANDHI CRITICISED. MOSLEM'S. BITING ATTACK. CALCUTTA, .July 19. An expression of determination that the Moslems’ charter, as defined at the London Round Table Conference, will he recognised in any future constitution for India, and a bitter attack on the Congress party, were features of the speech by Dr. Shafaat Ahmed Khan at a great rally of Moslems in Bengal. The doctor delivered a biting attack on the policy of Gandhi and his Congressman, arid declared, that it was a mixture of Communism and Communalism. He denied that it was nationalistic, as it mostly was bully bluff, and showed complete indifference to the fate of minority interests.
