The “Daily Express’s” correspondent at Budapest' sayS:][%>unf Beth leu, has :U.' announced that international diankers have granted--Hungary-a loan of seven millions for eighteen months. .Bankers of Francb dire finding the remainder of the loan, which' has come in the- nick -of -time : to prevent the Hungarian '"Government from seizing .the deposits in' the private banks. The, correspondent understands that Hungary, as -the ; price of the French loan, has promised to suppress all Nationalist anti-French propaganda, and also has promised a reduction of Hungary’s own military budget. Political circles, adds the correspondent, interpret this within the sphere of French political influence. This will be a severe blow to Signor Mussolini, who is regarded in Hungary us being the cornerstone of the Central European alliances that have been aimed at checkmating France and the Little Entente.
