The total contributions were £15,612 17s 4d, and the actual shortage comes to £IB7O, which in a year elf severe depression can only bo regarded as satisfactory and encouraging. Tli 1 diocese of Nelson is the onlv one to- have the honour of reaching its budget. Tt had an excess of £33 on the budget of £I4OO.
