ADJUSTMENT TO NEW RATE POST OFFICE ARRANGEMENTS. ADJUSTING THE PAYMENTS Arrangements for the necessary adjustment have already been made by' the Post and Telegraph Department,' which is the collecting agent for the Unemployment Board. A person who has paid up to the September (now August) instalment will,; when paying the November instalment be required to pay ‘2s fid only. A person wuo has paid both September and December instalments (now August and November) wilt not be required to make any payments for August 1031, November, 1931, or February 1932, Similar adjustments will be made in tho e eases whore instalments beyond the mm Cm?, on December Ist, 1931, have been paid. Persons who have paid all instalments up to and including the oue due on September Ist, 1932, may, receive a refund of the amount paid in excess of the requirements to meet all instalments of the general unemployment levy up to and including the instalment due on August Ist, 1932. NO NEW COUPON BOOKS. It is not intended, to issue new coupon hooks to payers of the levy, so that on and after August Ist the due dates for payment will be a month earlier than the dates shown in the books. If, from forgetfulness or any other reason a contributor should not tender his payments until the date which the i coupon bears, lie wifi aotom&ticaliy render himself liable to a penalty.
