THEFT CHARGE. CHRISTCHURCH, July George Russell Marsden, aged 35, salesman, employed by the National Institute of Visual Training, was charged to-day with the theft of £2S by not accounting for that sum to Ivan Morgan Phipps, his employer, who was the informant. The accused pleaded not guilty. He was committed for trial. Bail was allowed.
