LONDON, July 23. The Imperial International Communications Ltd. profit for the last year, the first year of unified control, was £526,248, compared with £2,023,155 for the twenty-one. months ended 31st December 1929. The decrease is entirely due to the drop in message receipts which diminished at the rate of 992,183 for (he year.

A dividend of one and three quarters per cent, will be paid by utilisation of £200,000 from the general revenue. 5i per cent, was duly paid on the preference shares.
