TRIBUTE TO MR FORBES. Tn supporting the proposal to give Air G. Forbes “a walk over” foil Hurunui seat, as far as Reform is concerned, Air S. D. R. Smith said: "Air Forbes had encountered difficulties that no other Prime Alinister had had to content with in the nature of the slump, the great earthquake, and the difficulties created by nis predecessors. In the face of overwhelming difficulties Air Forbes had done his best, and no man could do more than that,"
