WILD DISORDER. (Australian Press Association.) (Received this day at 10.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, July 24. There were scenes of wild disorder in the City Council at the end of an eight hour’s debate on the Lord Mayor’s salary minute. Labour Alder, men stood behind the rails of the Chamber jeering while the Lord Mayor, Mr Jackson denounced them. “Your co’-duct an obstruction is an outrage and a disgrace on the public life of this country.”
