A GENERAL RATE of Jd in the £ under Section 77 ol the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, on the Capital Value of the '•alcalde milling property on the Valuation Roll for the Borough I of Ross. A LIGHTING RATE of Id in the C on the Capital Value of the rateable property on the Valuation Roll for the Borough ol Ross. A WATER, RATE in respect to the ordinary, supply within the meaning of the Ross Borough hy-laavs, on all lands and buildings to which water is supplied. (a) —Where such annual rateable value on the Valuation Rob docs not exceed £l2 10s, a rate oi' 10s per annum. (b) Where such annual rateable value exceeds >£l2 10s a rate ol 6 per cent, on such value. On all lands and buildings, to which water can be, but is not, supplied, situated within 100 yards of any part of the water-works, a rate of one half of the above rates. On all Ross town sections where, there are no buildings, situated within 100 yards of any part ol the water-works, a rate or Is per section.
