FULTON WINS KING’S PRIZE. United Press Association- Uv FJhl-li .< Telegraph.—Copyrignt.i LONDON, July 18. At Bisley, Sergeant Fulton again won the King’s Prize, with a score of 285. He being the first to win it three times. Dr. Kelly, late of London University was second.

The farm-training scheme for New Zealand boys lias not met with the success that was expected, according to tin* annual report of the Department of Tjn-nvigra-tion presented to Parliament. The applications received from boys for positions totalled 20, and 13 were placed. The report states that of the th'rteen boys placed under the scheme, seven relinquished farming for various reasons. Three, were still on farms, one was attending Massey Agricultural College, one was under the control of the C'h ld "Welfare Department, and one was mfi m ployed. On the whole, the type of boy offering had been disappointing.
