The Southland Boys’ and Girls’ High 'School Board’s appeal - against the Borough of Invercargill was dismissed, with costs. DIVORCE UPHELD. WELLINGTON, July 17. The appeal Court to-day dismissed the appeal in the Ansley v. Ansley case, with costs £ls, 15s, and disbursements allowed to appellant. The appeal was by Fanny Ansley, of Wanganui, married, from a judgment of Justice Reed, delivered at Wanganui in February last, granting her husband, Frederick ’William Ansley, a decree nisi for divorce. Ansley had filed a petition for divorce, alleging that he and his wife were parties to a separation order made by Mr J. S. Barton, S. M., in 1927. Mrs Ansley admitted 'the order, but alleged it had been brought about by wrongful acts and the conduct of the petitioner.
