“THOSE THREE FRENCH GIRLS.”
Reginald Denny and Fifi Dorsay are featured . .in “Those Three French Girls/’ which opens to-night at the Princess Theatre as Metro-Goldwyn--Mayer’s latest contribution to the joy of living. , , , j,. This breezy farce-comedy moves with a swift and, hilarious pace arid, encouraged by P. G. inimitable dialogue, 'the characters seem to enjoy themselves- as much as does the audience. H-airry Beaumont directed the laugh rjot with Denny playing the part of a jolly young Englishman and Fifi portraying a vivacious Parisan modiste who winds herself around ... his heart strings. The cast is ably rounded out by Cliff (Ukulele Ike) Edwards, Yola d’Avril, Sandra Ravel, Edward Brophy, George Grossmith and Peter Gawthorne. Altogether the Cosmopolitan picture sets a racy pace for light film fare and establishes Denny as a farceur of rare talent. 1 - You’ll tell all friends to see this one —it’s exceptionally good. .
