A MURDER CHARGE. (By Telegraph —Per Fress Association ) WELLINGTON, July 15. It is understood that arising from the finding of the body ol the girl Phylis Avis Symons, buried at Kilbirnie, a charge of murder will probably be preferred to-morrow.
