. ROME, July 15. The Directorate of the Fascist Party, with Signor Mussolini presiding, passed* a resolution protesting against the imputations in the. Papal Encyclical that the Blackshirts were not Fascists in principle, but wefe mainly "Fascists for the sake.;of their bread and butter. The resolution also indignantly rejected the suggestion that Freemasonry had re-entered Fascism.
