WELLINGTON, July 15. The Licensing Committee of the New Zealand Racing Conference met yesterday, when the following were refused permission to work in stables : J. D. Ivrry (Hastings); 1. J. Wool ford (Dunedin), 0. 8. Goulsbro (Taranaki),, for the'balance of the current season. H. J. Tinker’s jockey’s license was granted on condition that lie was employed, in the staule of his brother, at To Rapa. The application of 0. J. Thompson (Auckland) was also granted, conditional on permanent employment. The following licenses were suspended for one month from July 14 : AY. T. Green ‘(jockey) and (.'. J. Robinson (train'.f).
