The “Herald” says: —It is learnt that the State Cabinets very (dissatisfied with the proposed agreement between the Commonwealth , Bank and the State Savings Bank Commissioners for the. re-opening of the State Bank. Mr Lang will not take the responsibility either for accepting,, 'nor rejecting the agreement, which will probably be submitted to the Assembly as a nonparty matter.
