The first Spanish ■ Parliament since 1924 is to open to-morrow, hut the Spaniards are more interested in hullfighting than in the Parliajnent, the crowds carrying the bull-fighters Palnieno and Radio shoulder high loin miles to the hull ring in the centre of the town.
