MOSCOW MASS TRIALS
RECENT SENTENCE'S CANCELLED. [United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.] RIGA, July 11. The Soviet has granted an amnesty to the engineers and technicians who were sentenced to long terms of imprisonment in the famous Mass Trial at (Moscow, and also at other'recent trials. Those given the amnesty have also been granted certificates of merit and bonuses for good work done by them while they were under arrest, this work resulting in improvements to aircraft and in other directions.
