FRONTIER TROUBLE

A serious Polish-Luthuania frontier incident occurred near Lake Puksky. There the Lithuanian frontier troops under, the cover • of darkness, tians ported the frontier pests two hundred feet into Polish territory, from which they were then repeatedly machinegunned by the Polish frontier guards. Poland is now despatching a special Investigating Commission to the scene and’ is also protesting to the League of Nations.
