“SOUTHERN CLOUD”
THE PLANE FOUND. (Australian Press Association.) SYDNEY, July 9. It is reported that the airplane “Southern Cloud,” which has been missing for some months, lias been found at a place twenty miles outside Ccotamundra, in Southern New South Wales.*
"There are yet no details available as to the find. The search for the Southern Cloud, which carried five pas_ sengers and crew, when she left Mascot Aerodrome for Melbourne was carried on by a great many planes over land and sea, as well as by pedestrians in the ranges.
NOT CONFIRMED YET. SYDNEY, July 10. .Later information states a prospector reports, having seen an airplane wreckage two miles from where lie was working, in wild country at Nerriga, in the vicinity of Cootamundrn, but there is no confirmation.
The police are now investigating. It is how disclosd that a similar report came from Braidwood district last week whereupon Kings ford Smith flew thither but was unable to find anything.
