AN ASPECT OF DUMPING. That Australia lias much to fear from direct Russian shipments is not yet certain. Siberia, the nearest source of exports, can provide little beyond timber. But Australia has much to fear, much more than she has yet suffered, from the development of Russian dumping in. other countries, from the further depression of prices in commodities which Australia produces, and from the further decrease in purchasing power overseas, which would result therefrom.
