This case had been heard last meeting when the case was adjourned to enable the Warden 1° visit the ground. ;His Worship stated he was of opinion after visiting th® ground" that this was a case where the application should be granted. Mr Murdoch asked for consideration of the points raised as to the procedure of the marking, out and the giving of notice to the freehold owners.
His Worship adjourned the case to next sitting.
