LONDON, July 6. In the House of Commons, w hile M. Bukharin and three other Russians were seated in the Distinguished Strangers' ■ Gallery, Rt. Hon. Mr Clyne ft informed a questioner that he had given a permit for 'M. Bukharin and seven other Russians to visit London to attend an international congress of history; science and technology, Major-General Sir J. Davidson (Conservative), asked : “Are you aware that M, Bukharin is the author of the Third Internationals’ Anti-British Campaign.”, Mr dynes'replied “No.”
