(Received this day at 10,16 a.m.) LONDON, July n; .Mussolini is mentioned in all but name, in the Pope’s vigorous encyclical condemning the campaign against Young Catholic Societies. It condemns the fascist oath as illicit, and as pagan worship of the State. It denies that the Societies are antiFascist and savs such (barges were a pretext to tear the young from the Church.
