Stribling.Took a terrific beating in a game manner, from the tenth round on. He was knocked-, down for a count of nine a few seconds before the fight was stopped. Sehmelling was on top of hjs opponent from the start. He was always on the offensive.

Stribling boxed carefully in the early stages of the fight, and he held his own with the champion. Stribling indeed, looked good in the fourth round.
