GOVERNOR OR CABINET? WHO SHALL PREVAIL. (Australian Press Association) SYDNEY, July 3. The State Labour Parliamentary t'auesu passed a resolution expressing the opinion that it was the duty ol the Governor of 'New South Walts to accept the advice of his Ministers in regard to the appointment of more Labour At embers to the Legislative Council. The Cabinet meets on Monday, when it 7s expected that this resolution will be brought -under the Governor's notice.
