At the adjourned meeting to-day the. creditors of Alt' F. H. Neale, described as a builder, contractor and land speculator, decided to send the papers to the Crown Prosecutor for investigation. The debts totalled £13,000 and the assets were inconsiderable. The Assigne said that the whole position was unsatisfactory. The books had been badly kept.
