And when we realise the meaning of Air Hoover’s moratorium scheme, when we the leading banks of Britain, France and America co-operating to save Germany’s credit and prevent her finaiß cial collapse, we can understand that forces are at work to-day which are actively and vigorously preparing the way for the speedy restoration of that mutual confidence which can alone guarantee commercial and .financial stability and prosperity to the whole world. —Auckland Paper.
