MINERS REFUSAL
TO PAY THEIR FINES, (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) GREYMOUTH, July 2. Four Blackball miners fined on June 22nd for assaulting non-unionists, in default fourteen days gaol, hgve refused to pay the fine and were arrested and sent to Paparua Prison to-day.
