RADIO BROAD CASTING
CANADIAN DECISION. (United Press Association By Electro Telegraph.—Copyright. > (Received this day at 9.25 a.in) OTTAWA, June 30. In a, decision regarding radio, handed down to-day, a majority of the Judges of the Supreme Court decided that radio broadcasting in Canada belonged to the Dominion Parliament, not to the Provincial Legislatures. Two Judges held that the Dominion juriisdiction was not unlimited and that the Provinces were entitled to a measure of control, particularly/ over radio receiving operations.
