How the Communists are recruited to carry oil Soviet work is eloquently revealed in a report just issued. Since January, more than one million members have been admitted to the Young Communist Party, making a total of four and a-quarter million members. These are mostly between the ages of 16 and 21, who have grown U]i since the revolution.
