The airmen, Rost and Gatty, have landed back on American territory They have arrived at Solomon, in Alaska, thirty-six miles from Nome. A message from Nome states that the airmen Dost and Gatty, landed there sixteen hours forty-file minutes after their start from Khabarovsk, in Eastern Siberia, a distance of 2,40 J miles. Their flying time for the distance already travelled, namely, 11,410 miles is three days, four hour and ten minutes. Thus the fivers have returned to the North American Continent, six days and sixteen hours, and forty-nine minutes, after leaving Roosevelt Field, at New York last Tuesday morning.
NEXT HOP. NEW YORK, June 30. A message from Fairbanks, Alaska, states that Post and Gatty arrived there on Mondav night., from Solomon, a distance of 52fi miles. They will take off on Tuesday for Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. AIRMEN LEAVE. CONSTANTINOPLE, June f;o. Stack and Chapin have left for Aleppo.
