LONDON, June 29. A B.rgen message stales that Sir H. Wilkins has arrived'and he had a cordial reception from' Dr Sverdrup and other Polar experts, with whom he discussed the prospects of his expedition. Sir TT. Wilkins is returning to England on 'Monday with spare engine parts, stores, and provisions. He is returning to (Bergen with the Nautilus in a fortnight’s time, when it is expected that the expedition will proceed north.
