Neither encyclicals, speeches, telegrams or bombs will cause me to deflect from the course I have set before me Mussolini is reported as saying, in a secret speech to 33 delegates at the Press Convention. He warned journalists that tne press should maintain ail attitude of irreconcilability to all foes of Fascism; which must be intfailsigent.
